All training programs are led by experienced, licensed facilitators and meet or exceed Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General requirements for private security personnel.
Ministry of the Solicitor General approved training for obtaining your Ontario Security Guard License (SGL). Covers all required theory and practical components with exam preparation support.
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, and AED certification delivered by Red Cross and Heart & Stroke certified instructors. Required for all active Swift Security personnel before any deployment.
Practical training in verbal de-escalation, conflict resolution, and appropriate use of force within Ontario's legal boundaries. Scenario-based, hands-on learning with realistic assessments.
NFPA 25 and Ontario Fire Code compliant training for guards deployed at construction sites, hot work operations, and impaired suppression system monitoring assignments.
Specialized training for security personnel working in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care environments. Covers patient rights, clinical protocols, and safe, sensitive physical intervention.
Digital reporting tools, GPS check-in systems, incident documentation, and real-time communication training. Every Swift Security guard submits professional, detailed shift reports.
